I ordered A Bowl with steak, brow rice, sour cream, corn, tomatoes, veggie on 2/3 around 8pm. While I was eating the bowl, my stomach hurt. I could not even poop because that bowl hurt my stomach so bad. It happened until evening 2/4 when I decided to take Pepto Bismol pills  | 症状: 腹泻

昨天我订购了 3 个纯素墨西哥卷饼：1 个七层墨西哥卷饼，去掉了奶酪和酸奶油，还有 2 个没有奶酪、酸奶油或鳄梨牧场酱的素食主义者菜单墨西哥卷饼。我以为力量墨西哥卷饼的味道有点不同，但我尽量不要想太多。在 30 分钟之内我得了腹泻如此紧急，我不得不在英格尔斯停下来哈哈，然后当我回到家时再来一次。今天我一直头疼得很厉害（对我来说非常罕见）和严重的恶心和胃痉挛，至少要去洗手间十次腹泻。今天下班回家时，我呕吐了几次，从那以后多次去洗手间。我通常很喜欢 Taco Bell 但我不会再在那里吃饭了
