我在 mcalisters 的熟食店吃过烤鸡肉凯撒包裹，吃完大约 2 小时后我开始吃水状液体便便有可怕的肿胀、胃痛和恶心，然后猛烈地吐出来，以至于我双眼的所有血管都被打破了  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛, 肿胀

I ate at McDonald’s around 2:45pm, I ordered a large fry to share with my daughter and a ranch crispy snack wrap for myself. I started feeling ill around 7pm. I ordered a jalapeno lettuce wrap hamburger and after a few bites realized the meat was rotten. It smelled really bad. Took it back in and they have me the new meatless hamburger which was raw and cold not cooked. I was sick for 2 days  | 症状: 腹泻
