我和我的男朋友都有相同的疾病症状，我们最近拜访的其他家人或朋友都没有出现任何疾病。我们在 3 月 17 日晚上 10 点 45 分左右吃了。我们订购了两个不同的盘子，但没有分享，以及一个自来水啤酒和一瓶瓶装啤酒。第二天早上 9 点我开始呕吐。上午 10 点左右我的男朋友开始呕吐。我们俩连续 12 个小时都病得很重，恶心，呕吐，腹泻，胃痉挛，肾脏疼痛，无法保持任何液体下降，只能在生病之间起床直到午夜左右。此时我们能够喝少量的 gaterade 然后坐起来，但是不得不在凌晨 1 点左右躺下睡觉。今天我们都非常脱水、虚弱和疲劳，头痛和视力模糊，我无法工作。我以前从来没有在这家餐厅遇到过任何问题，我不能说 100％ 这就是我们生病的原因，这只是我们知道的最有可能的原因。

我和我丈夫昨晚 8 点过了一会儿进来。我有牛排和啤酒芝士披萨。他用阿尔弗雷多酱烤了意大利面。我们还分享了开胃菜三重奏。食物很好吃。这项服务很棒..但是，我在午夜左右睡着了，凌晨 3 点醒来，这是我经历过的最严重的胃痛。我去洗手间甚至无法忍受在厕所里呕吐。我不得不坐在那里吐进杯子里然后把它丢进马桶里。我同时出汗像疯了一样，冷又热... 在那集之后，我睡着了，醒来感觉还不错。我丈夫没有生病，我知道那是老芝加哥的，因为那天或前一天我根本没有和其他人一起吃过。
