- comments: observed improper hot holding temperatures of tcs foods. Observed eggs at 120. 2f, chicken at 126. 9f, meatballs at 90f, and sausage at 104f in and top of the hot holding unit. Also observed pizza

Also observed unwrapped loaves of bread sitting in the front window in the corner of the store where the public has access. - comments: observed time/temperature control for safety foods lasagna, and a variety of pizza at improper temperatures located in pastry display case. Found said food items at temperatures ranging from 92f-95f. Manager

states facility sells enough food that food items are sold before it reaches 4 hours. Found no times on said food items or no written time as a public health control procedure on site. Instructed manager to provide written procedures, said procedures shall be prepared in advance, maintained in the retail food establishment and made available to the department upon request that specify the food temperature of 41�f or less when removed from cold holding temperature control, or 135�f or greater when removed from hot holding temperature control; the food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four (4) hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control; the food shall be discarded, within four (4) hours from the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. Lasagna discarded; 12 lbs at $100. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

Hi, just to be clear I don’t have food poisoning. I purchased the unpasteurized grapefruit juice twice in two weeks from Sams and both times I got sick not saying I was food poisoning but I just don’t know what else it could be fine today much
better than last night, but I’m just curious has anybody else mentioned anything about getting sick from unpasteurized grapefruit juice?. It was with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. I purchased it twice within two weeks and every time I bought it I got sick. I’m OK now though thank God.

Have been drinking Fairlife for years and never had an issue. My Fairlife 0% smells fine, but I got horribly sick after opening a new bottle over the weekend and am wondering if it could be related to other complaints here. Finally reintroduced the milk back into
my diet again today after several days recovering and am starting to feel the same symptoms beginning. Cap says 26-207 with an expiration date of June 19, 2024.

I ate these fairly often for months with no issues, but I had some last night and woke up with diarrhea so severe I was contemplating calling an ambulance. I was feverish, nauseous, had chills, my toes were going numb. I've eliminated just about everything by now
and I still have abdominal cramps similar to my period as well as bad lower back pain. I love the taste, but now I'm scared to eat it ever again. I feel like I got a bad flu overnight.
