This isn’t the first time I have gotten food poisoning from eating a bad chicken dish at here, but it will be the last! I was sick as a dog with vomiting and diarrhea after having the Their Spicy Chicken at dinner. Their food handling practices can’t
be good for this to have happened multiple times. I’m tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt and my family will never return.

Not sure. But after eating there I started sweating really bad. Nausea and vomiting diarrhea came next. An hour after ate. I was only one that got sick. It happened Yesterday

July 29, 2021, My step-father, daughter, and I had the Chang's lettuce wraps with chicken (shared daughter only had bite of chicken from dish), house-made pork egg rolls (step-father), crispy green beans (daughter tried one), sesame chicken (daughter), kung pao chicken (myself). Daughter and I had ice
water. Step-father had unsweetened ice tea. Immediately after leaving we all had a stomach ache. Later diarrhea for all of us. Then I had 2 1/2 days of vomiting, diarrhea, and became weak with dizziness and paresthesia across face, limbs, chest, and back. Ended up having to take an ambulance to UAB. The ER was too full and I wouldn't have been seen for 12 hours. Talked to an after hours nurse from my primary care physician's office who told me to either call an ambulance or go straight to an ER. I ended up at Brookwood where I was treated for extreme dehydration. My labs showed elevated white blood count, my blood and urine were High in proteins from dehydration. Then I ended up with a parasite infection. Flukes. Which you can get from water chestnuts. I have never felt so sick in my entire life
and that is saying something. Be careful out there!

We had the chicken lettuce wraps, appetizer sampler, Mongolian beef, and honey chicken and fried rice. My husband and I both got sick about 2.5 hours after eating. It happened on July 27

This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from P.F. Chang’s in the last two months. The first time was from the crispy honey shrimp. Tonight my family went for Easter (the only time since getting sick 2 months ago), and the Chang’s spicy chicken
was twangy. The sauce was also abnormal and extra oily. Thankfully I only had one piece, but that was enough to have me hugging the toilet and sick all evening. We used to be regulars, frequenting this location a few times a week for over a decade, but this time was enough for me. I am DONE.

My mother ordered the waters April the 5th it was delivered April 11th I believe I drink the water on 14th and that night I got extremely sick I got severe stomach pains and headaches i had other symptoms but those were the worst I did not
pay attention to the floating particles in the water until my mom brought it to my attention that she was sick as well and then notified me of the recall but by that time me and my 4 year old daughter had already gotten sick

This is the second time my 7 year old grandson ate Kraft macaroni and cheese (box kind for stovetop, months apart with different lot numbers) and a few hours later he had explosive diarrhea, excessive vomiting, headache, nausea. I noticed NONE of the pasta had been digested
