We were traveling and decided to stop here. 3/25/2021 It was 2:30 when we places our order.We actually thought the store was closed, because no cars were on the lot, besides the workers cars. We pulled up to the drive thru menu and realized they were open
when we heard a voice ask for our order. We thought this would be quick because nobody was in the drive thru but us at the time. Nobody behind or in front. NOBODY! We pull to the second window and pay for our order and the lady give our change and ask us to move up .We were kind of surprised she asked us to move up because they were not busy at all! We waited at least 15 minutes for our food at a non busy time. We thought they were making the food fresh. WRoNG! It was cold, molded, and old! We were very upset that we sat there that long for some cold, molded and old food. If we weren't already on the intestate, we would have turned around to get our money back! I even called the store manager and explained to her the way the food wasn't prepared properly and she responded, "I'm sorry to hear that I'm gonna get on my crew right now." She really didn't sound concerned or asked any questions. This is unacceptable! The district Manager or the Owner need to go and check up on that store! The health department or somebody because that is nasty!. I also kept the food as evidence, We ate some before we realized how nasty and molded it was! Around 5:30 that evening my Husband Started throwing up at work and Contiuosly throughout the night. He went to his doctor 3/26/2021 and symptoms were still Bad the Text day so he went to the Emergency Room that Saturday 3/27/2021. Today is 3/29/2021 as I write this and he still isnt eating and having stomach cramps. I did call this in to them and put a complaint in.

My husband and I got food poisoning after having their coffee and food on March 24. The symptoms began to show up on my husband after 4 hours consuming the food and mine started around 9 pm. It took us two days to get rid off of
the symptoms after taking both tums and Pepto-Bismol. Symptoms- diarrhea, headache, stomachache. My husband is worse and can consume water 24 hours.

My son started getting cramps after an hour after eating the soup. He started throwing up several hours later about 5 times. In the morning he continued with diarrhea. He was fine all day until after he ate the soup.

I ate a bowl of Peanut butter crunch cereal. Used to be my favorite. It didn't taste like it use to. Was off color, misshapen and didn't smell or taste like peanut butter! I made complaints to Quaker Oats. One employee told me that a manufacturer had
some problems and bad batches were out there. Then he was no longer allowed to speak with me. A cover up is currently going on. A Senior Escalation Specialist told me that Quaker Oats is not recalling any of this bad cereal. She denies that hundreds of others are making the same complaints. I can Not find a box of good Peanut butter Crunch. Quaker Oats refuses to send me a good box. I Don't think any exists. And I have a complaint with the FDA, but it's going slow. I plan to make as much noise about this as possible!!. I got it from Food Lion on the Garden City Connection in Murrell's Inlet, S.C. Both all stores in Murrell's Inlet have bad PB Crunch cereal. Piggly wiggly, Dollar General, Publix also.

Ordered boneless chicken and garlic bread sticks day before yesterday for my "cheat days" - Ordered garlic boneless chicken with cinnamon pull apart yesterday and still had some garlic breadsticks leftover from the day before, a few hours after eating it on both occasions ( mind you
this was all i ate for the day and im not sensitive to spicy foods never have been nor have i had an experience like this before eating papa johns ) i started getting heat flashes, severe abdominal cramps, slight shortness of breath and loose stools. i couldnt even make it to work today bc i still feel awful. i immediately threw away the rest of the food into the dumpster after realizing what was causing my symptoms

The other day I ate like half a bag and immediately felt horrible like I was getting sick in every bone in my body- fever, chills but I didn’t think it was something I ate I thought I was getting sick I had to go home rest
the rest of the day..But I was fine the next day but now I know it’s the cereal bc I just ate some was fine and then I ate it and feel like I have a fever, aches, like I’m getting really sick! This happened the other day but I didn’t think anything of it now I’m realizing this feeling only starts after eating the cereal! So I looked it up it said there’s a recall on the cereal bc it’s contaminated with metals, but I bought the Cinnamon toast cereal and that one is not listed on the recall. I don’t know what’s happening!
04/23 update: The second time I ate it I only had one serving maybe 1.5 servings, and within 30 minutes started feeling awful. Like the same type of feeling I got when I got the Covid vaccine, that’s the closest comparison I can come up with. But I could literally feel my system rejecting something/ trying to fight off whatever it was I put in my body. And I am plant based and super health conscious, but these ingredients look harmless! It’s not like it has a bunch of junk in there that’s why it’s very concerning. Plus there WAS a recall due to metals being in the product, and that would seem about right, considering the way I felt. But I think they need to recall it again and test for metals still being in there. | Symptoms: Fever, Headache
