MY DAUGHTER ORDERED ALMOST THE SAME THING IN GAINESVILLE FLORIDA ON 9/11/2022, NOW SHE HAS THE SAME SYMPTOMS. I AM TAKING THIS PLACE OFF MY LIST OF RESTAURANTS TO PATRONIZE. THEY HAVE LOST MY TRUST AS BEING A SAFE PLACE TO EAT.

I had a burrito bowl the night before and woke up yesterday vomiting all day with chills, sweats, and extreme nausea. My bowl had white rice, chicken, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, cheese, and guac.

Ordered a burrito bowl on 1/13/19 with white rice, black beans, chicken, fajita vegetables, mild and medium tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Ordered right before they closed at 10pm. Woke up the following day with uncontrolled watery diarrhea and high fever. Symptoms continue nearly 2
days later

Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chorizo, steak, pico de gallo, corn, hot sauce, guacamole and cheese. Ate it with chips and a tortilla on the side at 9pm est. Woke up around 3 am with severe cramping and violent vomiting with intermittent diarrhea.

I had Chipotle bowl of white rice, chicken, tomatoes, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce from Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1000 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201 yesterday evening. I was sick the whole night and couldn’ go to the office yoday too- diarrhea, vomiting and nausea.
Whatever I eat comes out through vomiting.

Ate at Clintonville restaurant on 7/10/2017 had severe (very) stomach cramping, diarrhea then vomiting in the early morning hours of 7/12/17. I had a burrito with black beans, tofu, brown rice, corn salsa, pico, green salsa and sour cream and lettuce.
