In mopsink closet,under several display shelves and chip display on sales floor,service counter floor and window sills,office area. Also a dead decayed mouse on floor in between cooler and reach in freezer. Must remove droppings and dead mouse. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/26/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

Ordered the “Big one” pizza. Ate two slices last night for dinner. Woke up at 3 am with diarrhea and then started throwing up at 6 am. Haven’t been able to keep anything down all day. This is horrible.

Ordered the fill up box yesterday and since 6am today till now (12:26pm) I’ve had stomachs aches and diarrhea none stop sorry for the tmi but this is a risk and I’m sure it’s kfc cuz I usually meal prep yesterday I didn’t eat anything other than LFC KFC fill up box

I became deathly ill and could not hold my bowels. Headache, stomach cramps. Fatigue Weakness I had their chicken and coleslaw. I later became sick in my hotel room from the slaw. Disneyland won't do anything about it. I missed the entire next day at the park
that had been pre paid. The third day I was a little better but didn't eat ANYTHING at the park. I am so disgusted with Disney. Food stand right across from this picture.

I ordered an aloha pineapple smoothie. I drank about half within an hour and experienced fever and migraine headache with nausea. I eventually vomited and after taking NSAIDs my headache and fever lessened. I have only been drinking water since and throughout the day (purchased Jamba Juice
around noon) I have been not able to keep anything down. I get nauseated for a while then I eventually vomit and feel better for a while.

I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and 6 wings. After eating the 2 piece chicken and fries. I started having terrible stomach along with severe vomiting and diarrhea. It's the day after and I am still having the same symptoms. I may have been poisoned or

A few months ago, I had the Rich N Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup and got really sick with what I thought was a stomach bug. I bought new cans this week and had 3 cans and could not finish even 1 can

without almost vomiting along with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. It's got to be the soup. Everything else I ate and drank was fine, until I ate the soup.

Taylor Farms Southwest, Inc has voluntarily recalled its Family Size Garden Salad due to undeclared allergens. The product was distributed in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. The issue was discovered on March 30th when the TFSW ALBSWY Chicken Caesar Salad 10oz, which contains egg,
anchovy, milk, soy, and wheat, was mislabeled as the ALBSWY Garden Salad 17oz, which should only contain milk and wheat.
The recalled product is the Family Size Garden Salad, packaged in a 17oz flexible plastic combo 32 oz clamshell. The batch in question is marked with the sell-through date of 04/07/24 and the lot number TFSW090B. The UPC code for the product is 030223039167. A total of 150 units have been recalled.
Do not consume recalled products to which you are allergic or sensitive as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products. We recommend that you return the product to the store where it was purchased.

Sunday, April 7, 2024 — lunch time, my son and I ate Hebrew National hot dogs. He mentioned he didn’t feel good as soon as he was done eating. He said his stomach hurt, and laid on the floor. After 10 - 15 minutes he started barfing.
He is 4 years old, He barfed 3 times already. Me (Mom) started feeling sick 20-30 minutes later. I have diarrhea and nausea. It is important to note, my daughter (6), did not eat any hot dogs and has been the only one not sick. I suspect we were food poisoned.
