Ate chicken noodles and rice from the self serve and was very sick with in 2 hour and id lasted 7 days. My doctor tested and it came back at bacteria and parasites. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
