- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on floor near entry rear door,rear storage area on floor next to walk in cooler,near shelving units,in basement under & in between clutter,on floor under chemical storage shelf,in between and on unused cooler & storage shelves in storage area,on ledge of booth seat in dining area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/13/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
