The grilled chicken sandwich from hell... I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, no fries or dessert. After eating, it sat my stomach for about 4 hours while I slept. The bloat and stomach pain woke me up around 4 or 5 in the morning. The nausea quickly ensued and I rush to the bathroom to purge. Nearly 20 hours since eating the chicken sandwich from hell, I am unable to eat anything and have constant diarrhea, nausea, and fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
