Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

I ate a Frontega Chicken Panini, but substituted chicken for roasted turkey, as well as some squash soup and even less chick noodle soup.
This was the first meal of the day for and came in quite late, around noon. The food didn't sit well and after a few hours I was progressively feeling worse. The food was not digesting and I was getting nauseous. I felt sick as a dog, nailed to the bed. After I managed to vomit a couple of times to empty my gut, I was able to sleep. I was knocked out for the next day. I couldn't eat anything for 24h. I could barely get out of the bed to go to the bathroom or to drink water. I was drowsy and slept all day long.
This is second time I get food poisoning at Panera Bread (different location) in a little over a month! Never eating there again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
