I ate a happy meal menu with egg and cheese, patatoes, coke, ice cream on July 13 at 9:00pm, I had a stomach ache at night and vomited around 06:00 in the morning on July 14 and many times after.
I think it comes from the egg and cheese sandwich that wasn't very good.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
