I ate a spicy deluxe sandwich with no cheese and no pickles. On Sep. 27 ,2017 at about 630pm. After I ate the sandwich I started having headache and stomach pains. After ordering a cup of tomato soup and 1/2 of a Mediterranean sandwich on 9/28 at Panera Bread, I had severe diarrhea. I know this occurred because of this meal, since I had nothing else to eat before then. Very disturbing and I'll never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
