I ate a regular sandwich with pickles on it and within 5 hours. I vomited violently 6 time during the night. I had terrible diarrhea and cramps. This happened Saturday night and now it’s Monday afternoon and I still feel terrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ordered a #1, Original recipe, leg and thigh, with mashed potatoes and a side of Cole slaw. Within 3 hrs, I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea, all weekend, even in my sleep. , Just me, got sick within 3-4 hrs  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

After eating chowmein beef teriyaki noodles last week I had bad diarrhea with blood. I eat some more on Monday night not knowing what had caused the first case and again in 72 hrs my stomach cramping with diarrhea and black stool. I had considered going to the ER the first time.
