I ate a burrito bowl 07/08 with Rice black beans chicken sour cream cheese and a bit of red salsa . I started feeling sick that night and the next day I threw up everything more than 4 times that day with a lot of abdominal pain . Never eating there again ..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought a pound of bulk salted pistachios. Ate a few handfuls and within about an hour I started vomiting followed by diarrhea, chills, fever. Symptoms lasted 4 days spoke with doctors office and food and drug. Also became extremely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills

I purchased and ate a Hershey’s bar with Reese’s pieces in it. An hour and a half later I was weak, dizzy and started throwing up for the remainder of the day with bouts of diarrhea. Ate for dinner, woke up with severe stomach cramps. Began projectile vomiting and having diarrhea non stop., 2 of us got sick with diarrhea and vomiting. We were the only 2 that ate the pizza.
