I had a bowl with steak, white rice, pico, corn salsa, and guacamole around noon on 8/17. About two hours later I started feeling nauseous and a hour after that I vomited. The vomiting was on and off for over an hour then it was followed up with diarrhea for the rest of the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a carnitas bowl to go on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at approximately 1:00 pm. At 3:30 that same afternoon, I became violently ill (an explosion) to where I had to immediately leave work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
