Ate there earlier this evening. My stomach was immediately upset, my fiance became violently ill overnight at 2am. We ate falafel, hummus, fatoush salad, and the three sauces. I had water and he had a soda. We got food around 7:30pm. My stomach felt upset relatively quickly… See more

Went to the restaurant and ordered 6 jalepeno popper rolls. About 2 hours after eating them i started vomiting violently and also with diarrhea. I have been vomiting for two hours now and I’m on the way to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
