Suspected source: Not sure, but had a hamburger with the works, French fries.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people

On 2/12/23 @ 6pm my GF ordered two small thick crust pizza’s.
One sausage & mushroom for herself
One Hawaiian style pizza for me.

I started feeling nauseous around 11:30pm then the diarrhea set in around 12:45am

Ate the Walleye sandwich… originally ordered the cod sandwich, but the cashier pushed the walleye. Later that night I awoke with headaches and a slight fever which turned into violent diarrhea and vomiting for the better part of 32hrs.
