After I ate there I became really dehydrated which I thought was nothing then I started feeling tingly and nauseous everywhere so I went to lay down when I woke up I immediately puked everything up. I steel feel really nauseous. I am 100% sure that this is food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Ate chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, fries and a milkshake. Fell asleep after eating. Woke with stiff neck, bad headache, feeling nauseous. For several hours headache has persisted, tylenol does not help. Burning loose stool. Had a similar reaction last time I ate there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
