Got a fish sandwich from McDonalds on September 19th. 30 minutes after eating the sandwich I was vomiting with extreme stomach pain that caused blood. Went and seen the Doctor on Saturday who wanted me to goto the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Aug 31st Chipotle on Lima in Fort Wayne. I had a pork burrito bowl. My kids both had chicken and were fine so I think the pork may have been the problem.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

June 15th ate the side salad, and the pollo Romano. Not wanting to complain the Romano came out room temp, and my wife got sick. I had several bites of the Romano and did not get sick.
