Ordered Jasper pizza, contained spicy chicken sausage mozzarella cheese, mushroom, and red sauce. Consumed around 4:45pm. Woke up 3am with a highly painful abdominal feeling, went to to bathroom, solid stool became diarrhea that smelled like the chicken sausage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate around 6:00pm. I had a spicy CFA deluxe sandwich, a large fry, and a medium lemonade. At 10:50pm I had stomach pain, nausea, and a headache. I had diarrhea. I went to lay down after I finished. I ate dinner around 5pm and had the Ahi Tuna appetizer and petite filet 4 ounce medallions and shrimp. Around 9pm I became very ill and had diarrhea. I did not leave the bathroom until 11:30pm. My stomach is still hurting as I lay here at 3am trying to drink water to stay hydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
