Not sure but I think it could have been the milkshake that they made 15 minutes before my food was ready and then the 20 minute trip home... Everything tasted fine but I'm probably not going to get a milkshake again .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered a Turkey Burger, on the 27th of March 2019 an hour later I got sick, severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and chills. This lasted the whole night until every thing was out of my system. This is crazy they really need to look at the way they prepare the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

Ate lunch today and had the soup special which was mushroom soup. I also had a burger. Within an hour I developed severe diarrhea. I’m assuming it was the soup but could also have been the burger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Morningstar Veggie Chorizo (frozen). Ate at 6pm and by 1am was vomiting my brains out. This was the only item that only I ate, and I was only one to get sick so it has to be this item.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
