Sudden onset of nausea and vomiting about 30-45 min after eating, Ate about 8pm and many items looked as if they were sitting on buffet for a while and dried out. I ate romaine lettuce salad, baked cod, carrots, redskin potatoes, baked beans, strawberry cheesecake.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I got a number 2 kids meal for my 4 year old, plain hot dog, small fry and white milk. This around 5:30 PM EST on April 2nd. About 2:00 AM, I awoke to him vomiting. While clean him up he also began to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
