I had a steak dinner on Oct 30 2022 with mushrooms and experienced nausea, diarrhea and throwing up which required a four day hospital stay. Total recovery took over three weeks...nausea wouldn't go away.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
