Chicken bacon ranch sub. Included spinach. Nothing to eat since.
Nausea began 10 hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea around 12 hours later. Mild fever noted around 12 hour mark  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

ate fettucine alfredo with scrimp party of 14 only 2 of party to eat scrimp alfredo got very ill 24 hours after almost exact same time got acute onset of fatigue, followed by nausea and diarrhea. Ordered Mediterranean Salad with Chicken after work. Ate the whole thing....immediately felt nauseous and stomach pains. This was yesterday, and I still don't feel well. I never had this issue at the Panera I usually frequent in Novi, MI.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
