Aug 12 2018 went to celebrate daughters birthday our server everything was excellent but during nite started diarrhea episodes could not work Monday nausea headaches stomach pains. chills fever. weak very tired pain still going on thru Tuesday called Dr.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Chills, Nausea

8/4/18 -They were clean and amazing. I had the seafood sub, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, salt/pepper and vinigar/oil. Hours later, I got sick. Nausea, Vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches... it is now 8/8/18 and I am still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
