I went to chipotle on Maryland pkwy. I got a chicken bowl with rice and salsa and guacamole and cheese an hour later I had horrible stomach pains and kept vomiting. It was a horrible experience to go through at work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

son ate there 8/31, constant vomitting, diarrhea, nausea, cramps, went to emergency and he was admitted in hospital 9/1/18 . Still in the hospital at this time. His order consisted of soft tacos, shredded chk wrap, crunchwrap  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
