Bought primo applewood smoked ham on March 2nd 2022 at here. The next evening my boyfriend and I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich for dinner. 5 and a 1/2 hours later we were both violently vomiting and had diarrhea.   The ham sandwich was the only food that we both ate the same day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

Purchased 1lbs of crab took them home and immediately prepared and cooked them. About 2-3 hours later, sharp pain in abdomen, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate their mushroom chicken and a few hours later I had diarrhea and vomiting AT THE SAME TIME!!! While vomiting into the toilet I was squirting p**p water onto the bathroom floor! My wife also had mushroom chicken and also got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

I just threw up and had diarrhea at the same time and now I can't keep anything down. Brushing my teeth makes me want to vomit I are a rotisserie chicken sub with bacon and then later a sweet onion chicken teriyaki protein bowl.
