Drove up to Salem, NH for breakfast on Sunday...ate a beautiful-looking California Omlette at this charming new restaurant. Upon returning to my home I became extremely nauseous and began vomiting in the early evening. .a little later I couldn't walk or see  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a six inch tuna sub for lunch on 09SEP16. On my way home from work (approx. 2-3 hours later), my stomach was in severe pain. Had to stop at a McDonalds to use the bathroom-couldn't even make it home-severe bout of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
