I ordered the spicy baja chicken sandwich. Only ate half of it. 30 mins later I was in agonizing pain. One of the worst stomachaches I've had. Couldnt do much during to so much pain. Almost called 911. Luckily alkaltzer helped. Will never eat there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain

I had Salmon and Broccoli with a side of zucchini noodles. It came in a white sauce that looked funny. I had one table spoon amount of the noodles and then instantly felt nauseous. I returned it and went home, my stomach hurt all the way home… See more

On 7/31/19, My daughter and I had bowls with chicken, lettuce, beans, mild salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Just a few hours after consumption we both felt a stomach discomfort, nausea and headache. Next day more nausea, vomiting and diarrhea . The symptoms are still persisting 5 dats after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Had chipotle on Halloween. Right when I finished my bowl I was hunched forward unable to walk straight due to stomach pain. Thank god I was home so crawled my way to the bathroom.
