I had 2 hard shell tacos with chicken, black beans, verde salsa, corn salsa, grated cheese and lettuce. I also had a queso with corn chips and I think it was the queso cheese that was bad or maybe the verde salsa.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

got sick off lettuce wraps (vomiting) from that location. Now this week I found out a another co-worker ate at that location with her husband on sunday evening 11/6/16 and the 2 of them became sick (vomiting). They had lettuce wraps and California rolls. I contacted PF changes after I got sick and found out a co-worker got sick...but they could not confirm food poisoning. There is something going on if 4 people got sick from eating there within a few weeks.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
