Salad bar - kale and romaine salad with beets, olives, bacon bits, roasted red peppers and croutons. Immediate bloating and nausea plus sweats within the hour following eating it. Now fever, intense cramping and need to have BM but cannot. Dry heaving, but not much comes up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Sweating

Had chicken noodle soup, southwest chicken flat, sesame kale salad, and diet coke with fresh lemon for lunch. Felt severe headache and nausea 3 hours later. I had to leave work and return home. Laid in bed for 2 hours after vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
