I eat a lot of Lucky Charms. Perhpas this is it? I experienced severe abdominal cramps and pain, gas, and frequent runny bowl movements for about 3 days. I bought them at Walgreens on Broad St in Pawtucket, RI, and, unusually for me, at Shaw's Supermarket, Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Stomach Pain

I got sick after eating a bowl of lucky charms., May 15, 2022: A few hours after eating a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal early in the morning, I began to notice some stomach discomfort and had to urgently use the bathroom. Within 4-5 hours and by the 4th time, I had diarrhea and stomach cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate breakfast at 7:45 and ate the chocolate lucky charms, while driving to school. End of school (2:30) was eager to get home because my bowels were not feeling good. I get home and run straight to the toilet, had waves of diarrhea and still am, it’s 10 pm now. See what tomorrow brings.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had the Chicken sandwich, and my lady had the chicken nuggets, around 7:30pm.

A few hours later she vomited, the next morning (7:30am) I was vomiting and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
