Every time without fail, I get the worst diarrhea after eating at this place. This is the only location it happens at. I always get the spicy Italian with red onions, banana peppers, and lettuce with mayo. They improperly handle their food and never change condiments out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had Healthy Choice meal for dinner at 10:30p, woke up at 6am with severe nausea. Food was undigested, vomited twice. I believe a salad from there I had a Caesar salad wrap with chicken. Within 3 hours I was so thirsty and couldn’t drink enough. About an hour later I started with pure liquid diarrhea. That was at about 2pm when I ate and the diarrhea hasn’t stopped   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration
