Ate around 10 PM on 8/4. Crunch Wrap Supreme. Girlfriend noted that it tasted funny, almost like a peanut oil-like flavor. Three hours after some slight nausea began before bed. The next day around 3PM severe upset stomach and nausea started.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ate there yesterday july 9 2017 for dinner about 5:20 pm ..woke up sick on stomach and fever also some weakness ..i had to be a call in on a monday i dont ever call in ..i will not eat at taco bell again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I hate a small cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle at noon on February 26, 2017. That night I was sick diarrhea, about. I had two more bouts in the morning. Then again at night after dinner. That's the only place I have eaten out for the last few weeks.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
