Have all the symptoms of food poisoning for last 13 hours after eating clam chowder at this restaurant. Husband and I had identical meals except I opted for a cup of their Clam Chowder, husband didn’t have it.  He’s not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Tonight, grilled chicken sandwich and fries, lemonade and sprite 2 hours after eating had sudden severe stomach pain. Had a bowl movement, got nauseous, got off toilet to puke entire meal back on toilet with liquid BM  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea
