proceeded to workout. A typical 30 min workout took me an hour as I felt that bad. Since Thursday June 30 to present, July 4, I have not eaten and drank minimal water. I have had diarrhea the entire time, horrible headache, sweating profusely and almost passed out in the shower as if I had some sort of attack where I felt tingling in my stomach and then spread all over to the point I had trouble breathing and had to sit in shower, afraid I would pass out.
