Shack stack (NO CHEESE; but they messed this up) (I suspect it was this item that was responsible)

I ordered a triple cheeseburger with onion rings and a chocolate shake on Friday March 25th around 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. A couple hours later, I was throwing it back up.
