My son ate a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajita vegies, hot sauce, lettuce, sr cream, cheese, guac. Ate at about 7pm. By 9:30 pm he had severe cramps, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted through the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Brought dinner home from chipotle. Two chicken fajita burritos and one quesadilla kids meal. The whole family fell ill approx 4 hrs later. Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea. Eventually had to take my 14 month old into the er because of dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I got a salad with chicken, fajita veggies, corn, pico, vinaigrette, cheese and sour cream around 8 pm. Felt okay but the chicken tasted a little off. Woke up at 1:30 am in a total sweat, feelign extremely nauseous. Vomited 10 times in 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
