Both my kids had a slim ham and cheese yesterday for lunch. They both woke up with stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. My older daughter had a metallic taste in her mouth last night which we are now finding is associated with food poisoning.

I ate a sandwich at this shop which was labelled vegan ham and cheese and a few hours later I was experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhoea. The only other foods I had that day were fruit and coffee so I’m certain it was the vegan ham made… See more
