Got the tortellini pesto dish and about 2 hours later headaches and nausea and 4 hours after eating I was having bad stomach pain around the sternum, vomiting lasted about 3 hours and couldn’t hold down water either  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Suspected source: Chicken
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional Information: Chicken pesto sandwich and sunrise sunset smoothie on June 29th at around 7pm. Next day, woke up with diarrhea, vomiting, chills.
