I ordered a salad with chicken, black beans, pico and salsa at 12pm on August 5. I started to feel extremely nauseous around 9pm and threw up for about 4 hours. No fever but I was very hot feeling. Very weak the next day and today but recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fever

June 2018. Southwest Premium Salad with Grilled Chicken. Stomach pain, nausea, & diarrhea with fatigue. Symptoms went on a few weeks, til I heard about the cyclospora outbreak. Still have stomach pain, but not much diarrhea. Have been very tired since then.

Nausea and diarrhea started approximately 2 hours after the meal. Fever started about 6 hours after that. Both my husband and I are ill. I am still suffering with diarrhea 4 days later.
