I was traveling from FL to MY. We stopped here , Ruthet Glen, Flying Is. I had Mac n cheese. Shrimp, salad, fruit,fish. 8 still had 5 hours of driving....so happy that it did not affect me until 10 hours later. Sever Diarrhea, then cane violent vomiting. Ate at 4:30 pm had Maine lobster tail and garlic shrimp along with shrimp scampi. Also had small salad w thousand island. Approximately 23 hrs later had severe cramping and acid reflux along with watery diarrhea. It is now about 27 hrs. Later and I still have symptom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Acid reflux

Twice in a row my fiancé and I had their spicy Cesar salad. I began vomiting the same night and my fiance had severe diarrhea.
