Chicken ptties that came atop ceasar salad were not fully cooked. Did not notice until after I had eaten some. Ha salmonella sypmtoms for 3 days. Called owner who would not admit problem since I did not have a receipt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate from the salad bar and a chicken salad wrap from refrigerated section. Was sick within an hour and it lasted nearly 3 weeks! I was unable to keep food in me for more than 15 minutes and lost close to 10lbs. Pretty sure it was the chicken salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My boss and I both ordered food, I got a primavera wrap and he got a half chicken and salad with ranch and a side of potatoes. I orders some wings, chicken salad & some pizza. Chicken was not even cooked. I feed it to my children first. Before I ate and then I realized it was not cooked. We all got sick.
