Vacationing with family. Decided to stop in for salad, breadsticks and pasta. I had linguini with Alfredo garlic sauce. Poor service and this caps it off. Got home around 9 with bloated stomach. 5 hours later I have been in the bathroom non stop with diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

I had my usual: salad w/ half chicken half steak, brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, little guac, and little cheese w/ their dressing. I used a free coupon they sent me as well. I had it around 12pm, then had body aches and a fever later that night around 8, haven't thrown up, bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

On Monday Night, February 22nd, I went to chick-fil-a and ordered a market salad. I woke up at 4 am vomitting and It continued all day Tuesday. I couldn't even keep water in me. Wednesday the vomitting subsided but I still felt incredibly nauseous until Thursday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
