Lettuce or ribs. Boyfriend and I both got sick about 24-28 hours from consumption. Insane stomach aches and cramps, stiff joints and muscles hurts to walk/move, temperatures, excessive throw up and diarrhea of only the contents eaten at (ribs and salad), extreme dehydration, not able to sleep    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration

Not sure. Last meal was at Lancer Diner on 2-14.   Started n/v/d the next day (2/15/20) continued through 2/25/20.  Now hospitalized in renal failure.  Only thing eaten differently from wife that night was salad bar.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

food I ate caeser salad & wild mushroom pizza. Sick within a few hours with diarrhea followed by intense vomiting through the night. Weak the next day but mostly better within 24-36 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness

After about 6 hours I started getting really bad stomach cramping the last 2.5 days. I was unable to eat solid food until 2.5 days later. Had extreme fatigue and headaches.
