Ordered chicken bowl and a chicken burrito w/same ingredients (cilantro white rice, black & pinto beans, chicken, corn, pico de Gallo, cheese, sour cream, guacamole) for my son and self. We both projectile vomited within hours of ingestion.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate at Chipotle yesterday afternoon. I had the chicken bowl with some brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, sofritas, cilantro. Woke up this morning feeling terrible. My son has a carnitas burrito with white rice, pinto beans, sour cream and lettuce around 6:30pm. He woke up around 2am reporting horrible stomach cramps and headache. 2 hrs later cramps are worse, feeling nausea and he vomited. Got a taco, steak boss wrap and a nacho supreme with no sour cream. There was an extra nacho supreme with sour cream included and i ate some of it. Terrible decision, i was completely incapacitated the next day: fatigue, diarrhea, fever, nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Ate Steak Burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, onions/peppers & lettuce at around 8pm. By 9:30, had moderate abdominal cramps.
