Ordered Chicken Pomordori Panini for lunch around 2pm. Felt nausea around 4pm. Full blown food poisoning symptoms until 1am. Not sure but I feel like it was the spinach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
