Ordered a 6 inch turkey sub, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, mayonnaise, oregano and pepper. 4 hours later i felt very nauseous. Severe vomiting, nausea and diarrhea for several hours. Couldnt eat or drink for 24+ hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
